Attempted to order a party platter, employee told me to call back day of and that there was no manager available to field the call. Also noted that they are closing at 6 pm and unable to assist any further
I rate 0/5 stars. It is shown to close at 9 and there have been several occasions where I drive to subway at 8-8:30 and the workers are closing. I walked up to the door at 8:30 and the woman behind the counter walked over and locked the door once she saw us. The service is completely unreliable and extremely poor. It is rude to close early and not post it online. Please fix this for the future, or don’t waste your time driving here.
Card reader wouldn’t go through until I punched in amount. So I punched in my total for a sub combo. Appears it was for a tip that I wasn’t going to give. Lady says I don’t know how to refund me. I said, Merry Christmas! She didn’t even reply with a thankyou. Rude!!!
