These people somehow managed to forget that I placed an order, payed for an order, and was assured that my food was on the way all in the DRIVETHRU. manager Comes to the window talkin about “I’m sorry have you been here for a minute?” “Are you picking up an order” “what’s the name” I’m just astonished how little you have to care about your job I know how hard fast food is but this is wild.
Sandwiches were made with a smile by Lauren and Cierra. They were very busy with the after church crowd and I had a large order. They were patient and friendly. Everything tasted great.
I ordered a footlong BMT and picked up thru drive thru, it was ready but turned out to be a 6 in instead of a footlong and so I had to wait a little longer while they did another 6 in, I got it home and turns out the original 6-inch that was in the bag ready for me when I got there was someone else's it had yellow peppers and green peppers cucumbers jalapenos onions all over it and I do not ever get those things on my sandwich, I had two bites and tried to eat it after I picked off all of that stuff and I couldn't it had a b... read more
Went to subway last night and my sandwhich was put on the wrong bread but Ann was such a sweetheart and fixed it so gracefully! 10/10 sandwiches!
