I was there around 12:15-12-20pm today. I was excited, I had gotten the rest of the party supplies for my fiance's birthday. Unfortunately, when I got there I explained my order and that I wanted double cheese. The lady behind the counter very rudely told me they already came with double cheese. I knew that, but still wanted more. I did not argue with her, even if I wanted double cheese. She was rude the entire experience and it really killed my mood. It's not that hard to be nice.
Always so rude. Ordered food on there app and they were closed. Had to go up there to get my refund days later
Went in on lunch starving. Walked in, no one else in store. I asked for a FOOTLONG Chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The first very heavy set old woman was SOOO rude, would not speak or answer questions. She pulls out the Flatbread and i was like what is that? She made a 6 INCH backwards. I said um that's the meat and cheese for 6 inch.
