Barely any secondary toppings was a huge disappointment, management needs to order extra if they’re so busy. The sandwich artist that had the tag as a trainer was not very happy, was slow, didn’t listen very well, and all around had a bad attitude. July 5th at 9am Single female worker was totally rude, did not communicate with me and had a angry face the entire interaction.
I visited this Subway location to order food and had a very disappointing experience. When I entered the restaurant, there was no one at the counter. I could hear an employee in the back washing dishes, so I waited patiently for approximately two minutes before politely calling out, “Hello, there are customers out here.”The employee responded that she would be with us in a few minutes. Worst experience with Subway. The restaurant was unable to prepare my order and asked me to cancel it, but at the same time marked it as “being prepared.” As a result, I was left without food and without a refund. If you cannot fulfill an order, do not shift the responsibility onto the customer. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone.
