There is a drive thru, but you will be ignored or rudely told to come inside. They are chronically understaffed. This is obviously an issue with management but it does result in the staff that DOES show up to be overwhelmed and rude (I don’t blame them) corporate needs to do better, hire better management and more employees! Y’all are losing money because of this. And I want a dang tuna sub without having to beg for it 🤣
Darla was awesome! Super kind and attentive to our order. Just wish she wasn't working by herself, it took a while for orders to get out, someone in the drive through was not having it.
Went to redo my order due to my DoorDash didn’t show up after waiting almost 2 hours and the lady acted like she was going to put my coupon on like I had on my previous order and she didn’t. Her attitude was so rude and hostile but by me being the only black person in the facility I didn’t want to make a fuss because then they would’ve said I was being aggressive when all I wanted was my stuff right. I almost walked out and left everything there and then she would’ve been out of everything twice.
Darla makes my life harder. Why can’t people just do their job. Like yeesh
Absolutely horrible I arrive March 16 around 9:30 since everywhere is closed in this town. I thought Subway would be a safe bet however I was truly wrong. The sad old lady working kept complaining about having to make four sandwiches in 20 minutes and pretty much refused to make my food since I didn’t use the app and snapped at me and told me how she’s gonna be closing in 20 minutes so I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with her, not saying anything to me after already taking my order!
