Today, around 4:15 my husband and I went for sandwiches. The young lady who was ringing someone up promptly walked in the back without even acknowledging us. About 5 minutes later, mind you were the only customer a young man comes out to help us. His attitude was atrocious, obvious that he didn't want to be there, the prep was not done, he kept having to go get stuff, then spilled 1/3 of the ingredients of my husband's sandwich without fixing it. I will be contacting corporate on Monday.
