Drove out of our way to go to subway because it was all that was open. Door says close at 9:30, workers are in there and open sign is on, but all doors locked. It was 9:00pm. Love the cleanliness of this location, but bummed.
Got a toasted sub. Was left in there and came out hard as a rock. They made the sandwich where when you picked it up it all fell out. 10/10 would not eat again. Horrible
Store was decently clean I'll give them that but everything else? No they were out of Baja chipotle not blaming the workers that is a fault with the manager I ordered a #16 with pepper jack I got provolone I also got a chicken and cheese dipper that wasn't cut in half and I got both toasted I drove home and it's less then 2 minutes and it was cold the portions sucked and the chicken didn't taste anything like the sweet onion terriaki sauce also stop scheduling one person it gets really annoying to have to wait worst subway I... read more
Not sure what is happening to this location, but this is the second time I have placed an order on the app and my order was not ready by the time it said it would be. I usually give the staff some grace, especially if there’s a lunch or dinner rush inside the store. Today (2/23/25), however, was a particularly awful experience. Placed the order at 11:40am, app said ready at 12:00 (noon) and my sandwiches weren’t finished until 12:35! There was no one in the store!
