No management and poor employees. Placed an oline order and get their 30 minutes before they are supposed to close but no one is there and the place is locked up. Meanwhile it shows I picked up my order. Now I have to fight to get a refund. Total joke.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Never consistent with quality and can’t even open on time. The guy working today cussed out my wife, because she asked when the food that she ordered over an hour ago would be ready. He kept ignoring her after she showed him that she had ordered over an hour ago, and then decided that while ignoring her he’d make everyone else’s food that came in after her. Absolutely ridiculous.
