The young lady working had outstanding customer service skills.
Took over 45 minutes for my door dash pick up. Asked the worker didn’t seem to care and worked very slow. Wasn’t even busy.
Noon on on a Saturday you think there would be more than one worker. Ordered online and came at the suggested time. The one worker there had ignored my order. Acknowledged it was there to be made but decided to still ignore my order to get what appeared to be their friends order first. Meanwhile they did take my chicken out and leave it sitting out for what is currently 20 min. Service not so great. Step it up folks. 20 min for them to make 4 Wraps and a sandwich before us for 2 customers. Told we could customize a wrap yet the customers in front of us did 🤔 Second employee out from back who told us he was washing dishes so didn’t need to wash his hands 😧. Employee making my sandwich obviously annoyed w second. They did not work together well. Thankful to leave. Sandwich was dry….not enough mayo and maybe old or overcooked bread 👎🏼👎🏼
