I ordered a sub for pickup and the app told me the time it'd be ready. I got there at that time and picked up the sub. It was ice cold as usual. I should have learned my lesson years ago and stopped coming here, but I did anyway. The sandwich was missing ingredients and when I brought it to the manager's attention he basically said it was my fault that I waited too long to pick it up so it was cold.
