Very slow, understaffed, and will complete mobile orders first, regardless of how long the line is. Completely unfair.
2 days in a row I've gone here to get a sandwich. Yesterday waited 15 minutes. Guy working looked at me a couple times. No acknowledgement whatsoever so I left. Tried again today. Stood there for 5 minutes didn't even see anyone. Will never walk in there again
My best friend and I went in this location and the person behind the counter was not friendly at all, we felt she was put out. Very short with answers. My friend ordered a sandwich that didn't seem to have much meat and cheese on it so my friend asked for more meat and the lady behind the counter then seemed even more put out. If this is the kind of service you have in your store, we will not be returning and we will share our experience with others.
This is the second time we have been in within the last month first time we came in with all five of our kids to order food and go to the park and eat soon as we walked in we were greeted by I’m busy so going to be awhile telling even get to you guys and we said that’s fine we can wait then my son asked the man working heavy set man brown curly hair what he was doing and he said what’s it look like and I said well that was very rude son he’s making a sandwich today we come in and he tells us he’s very busy still an hour befo... read more
