Two times now they screwed up our order and today I ordered at 9 am to be ready at 2:30 and it said it was done so my boyfriend went to get it and they haven't even started yet.and the lady was giving a bad attitude to my boyfriend. They need to get there things together or hire more workers boyfriend got home with my sub and my frozen footlong cookies that I have to bake myself. What a bunch of chock.
Absolute worst customer service twice this week, the girl was working on online orders and did not even look up or acknowledge me for 15-20 minutes, I should have just left but I was getting a sub for my grandson and he was waiting for me to bring him dinner at the school. When she did finally get to me she was rude and made it very obvious she did not like her job.
