What an awful experience tonight. I went in to order two sandwiches and had to wait for the only employee there to finish what he was doing in the back before he could help me. He was nice and friendly, so no complaints there — but he was clearly doing everything by himself. The worst experience I ever had at any Subway. I ordered 4 sandwiches online, was told order will be ready at 1:30. I arrive at that time and I hear "that's his problem for ordering online" mumbeld from one of the workers as I walk in. I wait 5 minutes and then I inform the lady working that I had a pickup order online, as the instructions say to do so. She rudely says "were working on it". Super nice workers, some of them. Closed around 7 today when their website was updated 1 week ago to close at 10.... There's also bugs everywhere, crawling all over the food.

So this is a poorly run franchise! I like subway and would visit more often but there seems always an issue. Today my co-worker ordered a sandwich with ranch and much to his dismay her got peppercorn ranch. When he returned to the counter they said they only had the peppercorn, which they did not state when he asked for ranch. I know this because I was standing beside him.
