Have ordered online twice now two separate occasions they haven’t received my order, but they’ve taken money out of my account. Store will not refund because they say it’s a third-party that took my money. Can’t contact anybody on the app. It’s just a big scam to take your money and the store doesn’t even give a crap. so I guess I’m just out to $16 for the sub that I guess I didn’t order that I have proof of payment on????
