I have gone to a lot of subways in my lifetime and almost always am met by rude staff members however today I had the complete opposite! This lovely lady named Raelyn (Im not sure how to spell it) was so polite and helpful when it came to ordering. So shoutout to her for working hard and being kind at the same time!
Ok so I placed a mobile order at 7:40pm and it said it was ready at 7:50pm so I arrived at 7:56pm and the worker said she was still working on it, no biggie. There was another guy waiting, seemed like he was waiting on one sandwich. I noticed she was on the phone talking and her coworker was going in and out of the building on the phone too?? i don’t know what the h*ll was going on but we eventually got our food at 8:30pm.
