Ok so I placed a mobile order at 7:40pm and it said it was ready at 7:50pm so I arrived at 7:56pm and the worker said she was still working on it, no biggie. There was another guy waiting, seemed like he was waiting on one sandwich. I noticed she was on the phone talking and her coworker was going in and out of the building on the phone too?? i don’t know what the h*ll was going on but we eventually got our food at 8:30pm. Has been much better lately! Always had all of the veggies in stock
The meat section is now occluded, preventing the customer from viewing the employees prepping the sandwiches. It's not a deal breaker. However, it would be nice to be able to ascertain if employees are adding sufficient meat products to the sandwiches. We were asked if we wanted extra meat for 85 cents more. We declined since the meat counter is occluded from customers' view. There isn't any way to ascertain if the employees are, in fact, adding additional products.
