After not receiving a paid delivery order on Jan 31, I was able to speak with manager Sam, who inevitably gave me a refund! Thank you Sam for your empathy, patience and overall positive attitude!
Went on the subway app to purchase four foot long sandwiches for my family, never received and was STOLEN! SUBWAY REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING AND KEEPS TRYING TO REDIRECT ME TO A SILENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY AND DONT USE YOUR APP! EVEN IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND NEVER RECEIVING ITEMS THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST IN RETURNING CLOSE TO $50! NEVER AGAIN WILL IORDER FROM HERE!
Ordered food on their app, got there and they refused to give me my food or a refund!! Ridiculous!
Went on the subway app to purchase four foot long sandwiches for my family. However I was hesitant after the fact because I noticed that doordash is who delivers for them. Unfortunately once our Dasher got to the store the store proceeded to tell him they gave it to someone else. Instead of trying to make it right, and take care of a family who just spent $50 at your location and didn't receive their order. You all chose not to even answer the phone.
