Have been going to Subway Exe for as long as I can remember. First experience with the "New Management" was absolutely terrible. I ordered a subway platter on Monday morning (around 9:00am) for a 4:30 pm pickup. I have done this for numerous years for our vball team. I did my normal routine, and answered all the questions. Apparently "Veggies on the side" doesnt mean the same. We got no veggies with our platter and very limited sauces. I called, and talked to old manager, she said she would have "new manager" call me. Was a great restaurant but recently under new management and the customer service couldn't get any worse, ill never return
Messed up my order bad. No cheese…. Who doesn’t put cheese on a sandwich. No hot peppers. But they made sure to put lots of black olives (which I hate and most certainly did not ask for). Extremely unsatisfied. Girl that took my order seemed blatantly annoyed by doing her job. Highly recommend driving 20 minutes to the next nearest subway. Will not be ordering from here again. Tempted to call and complain as well…. :(
I had an amazing salad bowl..everything was delicious and fresh..Highly recommend ..looking forward to my next visit!
