I used to come here multiple times a week knowing that they don't put much on sandwiches, but it is close to my work and I go anyway. I watched the employee ring up my order today 4 different times and ended up charging me the one that cost the most which is ridiculous. He rang me up for stuff I didn't even get which you don't know until after you pay and get the receipt. Also, Do not ever tell them that you have a coupon because they will put even less on your sandwich if they know ahead of time!
I go here all the time-the staff there make it a very pleasant experience! Props to the older woman who works there--she is incredibly kind!🥰 Place is very clean.
Before placing my order, I informed the employee I had a coupon, and her demeanor changed instantly. As if she was annoyed by that. I ordered two sandwiches and neither of them had the appropriate amount of meat, very skimpy and she spread it across the sandwiches, to look as though it was the full amount. When I asked about it, she suggested I get double meat. She then put the bare minimum of toppings on the sandwiches also.
