My order was ridiculously over sauced to make up for the slim portions of veggies and meat. When I say over sauced I don't mean a little. I mean dripping, messy, had to use 12 napkins in store to wipe the bottom, top, and sides of this sandwich. Every bite I took I had to soak up more excess sauce. I spent money so I literally CHOKED it down because in this economy who can afford not to eat what they pay for? Not me. I ordered in the app, it said my 2 foot long sandwiches would be done by 630pm. I arrived at 631pm, they were busy so I took a seat. At 635pm an employee placed my toasted sandwiches at the fresh ingredients and walked away to work on a different online order until almost 650pm. I walked up to the counter at 645 and was not acknowledged. Once the employee came back she still didn't acknowledge me until I told her the food was mine. I was very disappointed at the way the place was running tonight.
