Went to get subs at 7:45pm. The open sign was lit up, but the door was locked. Waited 10 minutes thinking employee was just in the bathroom even though there was no sign. Employee finally showed himself in the lobby just standing there and did not acknowledge us. Which is fine if you're closed, but I think a sign should be posted about the different hours and at the very least turn off the open sign.

This location is extremely unprofessional. An order I placed on the Subway App was accepted and then not made because the location closes early that day. Management has given me the run around for over two weeks and has still not issued my refund.

Online order promised in 15 minutes, ended up waiting 30. Slow, rude service. Bread tasted stale and one sandwich had burnt bread. Disappointing experience overall.
