I ordered a reg 6 inch turkey sub on white through the subway app as a pick up order. Had a 45 minute timeframe before needing to pick it up. The app showed the order was ready and so I went in to pick it up only to be told my sandwich was not yet prepared due to the restaurant not having any turkey meat and that I would have to go with ham instead.
