I had a really great experience at Subway thanks to Chase and Hope! They provided outstanding customer service, were friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I especially appreciated how patient and positive they were while helping me out. They even helped me get a new skin for my video game, (ARC Raiders) which was definitely unexpected come to find out that Subway is running a promotion for my absolute favorite game. Ordered two subs with a coupon through the app. The subs were not made really well. The rolls were half stale.
