Horrible customer service! One of the employees looks like she hates her job. Has no customer service whatsoever and is extremely rude. I believe her name is Berenise. Not to mention, she was rude to the poor man closing with her telling him not to make a mess with the pepper because she already cleaned the counter. She needs some training on how to provide good customer service or simply find someone else if she hates her job !
Tonight we went back to subway and the young lady and young man was very nice who served us great customer service this evening on 09-22-2024
