Was passing by in the morning and stopped for a Mega Meatball sandwih, lady was incredibly disrespectful, but I just assumed she was having a bad day and ignored it. Not only did I see a giant roach (what the hell) crawling on the floor, but I think there was a hair in my food. My son Shaun has "autism" and refused to eat his sandwick. Big waste of money, and I was too disgusted to have the sanddich remade. This is what I get for not being able to cook. Horrible service horrible sandwiches apparently, now you cannot add any extra veggies to your sandwich. I told the lady that I would pay for the extra veggies and she told me that she can’t do it. If you purchase a sub must be like showing a picture display. Sandwich taste so nasty 🤬was a waste of time and money. Definitely not recommend you’re better off going to the one in Farmersville off the 198

Friday night and the customer service just wasn’t kind, negative comments, an attitude, and remarks noting the disinterest she has the job, just didn’t feel like a welcoming and or friendly place. Also an employee refused to complete our order by not making the item upon request.
