Not impressed with this last visit. The young man with the Afro asked my wife and I if we wanted our sandwiches toasted to which we both said yes and he simply didn’t do it, he was on his phone with his AirPods while working and I can only assume when taking our order. Seems like a new employee.

This restaurant is extremely poorly managed. They were backed up making online orders and left people who showed up in person standing in line for 45 minutes. Then to add insult to injury, when I finally got to the cash register, the manager couldn't deal with the fact that I gave her $20.61 for a $9.61 order. She kept insisting that the computer told her that she only owed me $10.39. I paid over $8 for a 6". They gave a me a 5" and it's skinny as hell. Definitely don't go there.

One of their workers took an order cashed them out and proceeded to do their job efficiently but the other co-worker cash someone out and went to the back and started playing on their phone since I was only there to grab a cheesecup I figured we would go I ahead ask the lady who was working so she asked him to grab the cheesecup he came out the door just to tell us that the cheese cups going to cost went back to the back room and started playing on his phone again.
