We walked in and placed an order. The lady that was there was overbearing and kinda acting weirdly. They made our sandwiches and when we got to the register she told us our total 16.93. i swiped the card and got the receipt and went home. When I got home my husband ask if i ordered cookies and I said no, he then said why did she tell us 16.93 if it was 20.31? We looked at the receipt and saw that the cashier added her own tip of 3.38. On a trip , I needed something to grab and go. Got the 12" Black Forrest ham and tried the new Hot Honey sauce! Very nice.
12/28/25 @ about 730pm. Waited 5-10 minutes in line with one lady ahead of me with her two kids. That’s fine, not the issue. While she was paying for her order an internet order came through and I heard the worker tell the other one who was scrubbing the bathroom that an order with 5 sandwiches just came in. She proceeded to clean the bathrooms, which is also fine; surely he can handle making 5 sandwiches. He walks toward me, at the “order here” and tells me he will be with me in a moment and begins to make the 5 sandwiches.... read more
