The last 2 times I have went I have had issues with my order at this location. I order through the app and request the subs to be toasted and they haven’t been.
Last night on my way home from work stopped to get a sandwich the two ladies that was working customer service sucks and to think one is either a manager or key holder is mind blowing. The one in charge was checking me out and said “ wished I could have closed early so I don’t have to deal with last minute customers” excuse me it was 9pm you close at 10. Being in management myself I would have fired them both. The music they was playing was totally unacceptable for a work place and there attitude sucked. I will never go back... read more
Rude customer service
I normally come to this location and the ladies are great with perfect experience. Came in today and they did not make my wrap like it’s made in every other one of the locations I ask them if they can fix it correctly and they talked to a person running the shift and she must have told them to scrape the melted cheese off and just reheat it because the wrap will get hard including the meat this order then just became to hard for the sandwich to be made when normal people would have just remade it finally I just gave up and d... read more
