food was good. Service was terrible. The person that was working their was rude.
Absolutely love the team at Kitsap Way Subway. They are prompt with orders, friendly and very helpful. I will always bring my business back to this Subway.
The last couple times I've bought footlongs from this location online, they have been a disappointment. They are skimpy as hell!
Ordered a sandwich online with a coupon; the manager said their system had been down for 5 days and that she could not make the sandwich OR issue a refund without a BANK STATEMENT showing the charge. The app provided no way to cancel, either. I had to leave with no food and no refund.
Dropped by on a rainy night at 11:40. The service was quick and Alysse (apologies if the spelling is wrong!) took our order. Super positive energy and great attitude especially for it being so late and they were busy handling online/doordash orders as well as us. The sandwiches were delicious and assembled well! The establishment itself was very clean and organized. We definitely will come visit again and thank you again to Alysse for such great service! 😊
