Josh behind the sandwich counter made some bomb sandwiches, an was super chill, an nicely put together sandwiches. Good attitude, keep it up bro.
I ordered on the app and everything looked fine on my end, but the sandwich artist said she never got my order. I was charged for it, including a tip!!! She refused to make me a sandwich even after I waited 30 minutes in case the order finally went through.
They don’t have enough staff and the wait times grow too fast. I didn’t get my order until 30 minutes after my designated pick up time in their app.
If it's 12:15am and the app says you're open til 2am, don't tell me you close at 10 (while door is unlocked). Kitsap Way Subway in Bremerton
When I went here Chris the night time subway guy was super cool great customer service and some pretty killer tunes were playing too
