Staff were very slow, despite me being the only customer. The sub I asked for was simple, with 6 total ingredients (including the bread). Had to repeat what I wanted at every step as the worker serving me forgot seconds after being asked. Sandwich wasn't even cut, and I'm glad as it likely saved me 10 minutes of my life. On top of this, the location is filthy with flies being everywhere. Furthermore, many items were out of stock.
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this Subway, but it has to be one of the cleanest stores that I’ve ever seen, and the customer service was amazing, even while training a new hire the sandwich artist helped me out with anything I needed, great work!
The sandwich packaging was terrible. It wasn't even cut in half; when I opened it, half the filling fell out—it was packed as if for a pig, not a human.
Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered subs on the app for dine in. One was not made right. Politely asked for it to be fixed. Did not think we had to stand over the worker and watch when they have the ticket. Grabbed it, sat back down, still not made right. Politely asked a second time for it to be fixed.
