Always a nice location, but lately feels more like an inconvience to come in. Did and online pick up order and when i walked in and check the rack for pick up, was not ready which is no problem I am very patient. The girl just stared at me and after a wierd stare I said Just here for a pick up. She said is it up thereand I said no, then she looked it up and said nope not there. Mistakes happen I'm not upset when Mistakes are made. They accidentally charged me twice. I checked my account showed it to them they called there manager an said we are sorry we can't refund but we can make you 2 additional subs. What am I going to do with 2 additional subs when I already have 2.
