We ordered a platter for a get together after church and came to pick it up before church and not only did they not have our food ready but they made us pay for it again. Wouldn’t even give a refund with a receipt.. Unacceptable
I sent my 15 yr old inside to order sandwiches. The people inside were very rude to her. Customer service in there is less than desirable.

Staff was argumentative instead of helpful, when they clearly got the sandwiches mixed up and wrong ingredients on wrong bread and when i offered to read the order back and tell them the ingredients were wrong the girl argued with me that she made them right. When asking for a manager, she told me there wasnt one there and wouldnt let me speak to the "acting manager" instead was just telling me what he was saying.
