Placed an online order for a footlong and used my “free sandwich” coupon through my app. When I arrived 30 minutes later, the sandwich was not made and the lady behind the counter said she is not making it because the receipt said zero dollars. I explained I used the free voucher from my sub club but she still refused. Also, the restaurant was dirty with fly’s near the food counter so I’m kind of glad the refused service for the freebie, will not return, health department should check on this location.
The lady didn’t want to take my order after she helped a caucasian guy. She didn’t even want to take my order. She walked from behind the counter after asking me what I wanted and waved her hand an said the guy will help me. When he did he was clueless to whe she didn’t assist me. Even my coworkers told me that the lady was rude I still went and will never go back
The cashier works in a very bad mood, treats you rudely and yells at you, he doesn't speak to you with respect
Horrible customer service. The female cashier yelled at me from the moment I walked in to when I walked out cause I dare to use a reward on my the subway app and get a free footlong! She questioned why would I think I should get it for me?? Idk because the app offered it and I just applied it?? I didn’t know it was a glitch or a mistake or whatever??? But here she talked like I’m stealing something from her?? She was so rude!
This may sound kind of odd as to why I gave it to rating but a five and food and a five and atmosphere... When I say service it's because I think the service worker that was here is stealing from the company. You may want to check your cameras for April 6th between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. you have a lady working there with glasses she's pocketing cash.
