Bread was very stale and portions are soo little it was like eating a lettuce sandwich. Now it's 5 cents to put your sub in a paper bag lol. Not the best location for customer service.
The atmosphere is the only thing that it has going for it. The service was so bad. I was trying to order my sandwich. And the guy kept asking me what and I was very confused as I was not even 2 feet in front of him. He he could not understand me, and it was a very big bother. Normally I don't care for multicultural anything. But the fact that he couldn't understand what I said and messed up my sandwich and then when I asked him to please fix it or remake this sandwich. He was very unprofessional. I had to wait 20 minutes for only 2 sandwiches.
