The atmosphere is the only thing that it has going for it. The service was so bad. I was trying to order my sandwich. And the guy kept asking me what and I was very confused as I was not even 2 feet in front of him. He he could not understand me, and it was a very big bother. Unprofessional and terrible customer service! I ordered a small catering order a week in advance that was accepted and confirmed online. The pickup time was 8:00 am, which I received notification via text on the scheduled day of pickup that the order would be ready, and at that time my card was charged for full payment. Upon arriving at the store just after 8am, it was closed with no staff onsite.
