Went today got a sub and pepperoni pizza,chips,and tea the Personal there was all smiles,friendly, and helpful. I always like going there
the quality of my sandwhich was horrible dry, & mayo barely on my sub. i contemplated calling a manager because it wasn't that serious but they knew better... the young ladies that were present seemed to be nice however the drink area could've been a bit cleaner as well. Definitely needs better management: employees.
The female bathroom was completely destroyed. There was feces smeared on the toilets, yes multiple. Toilet paper everywhere. And two toilets were backed up. Went to complain and both employees rolled their eyes at me. Went to the gas stationed side and told the employee there, and she stated she's already mentioned it SEVERAL times to them. Imagine how gross it is actually behind the subway counter.
