18th street Ankeny. I am a regular at this location and generally have had a pleasant experiences. However, on 08/03/2026 around 5pm that changed. As I placed my order the employee appeared inconvenienced he had to wait on me. He became snarky when I misspoke and his attitude got worse as I continued my request.
