I got bread like concrete because I didn’t leave a tip
Appalling customer service, and clearly no training on what "cross contamination" means when you mention you've got a severe allergy. Using the same marinara and parm sauce covered gloves on all three subs despite our stated allergy issues with said sauce. Also verified a coupon before we finished our orders and were told it's fine. Only after, during paying, we we suddenly told a sandwich they made wasn't valid for it.
