I asked for multigrain with American cheese and tuna in it. It was burnt instead of toasted. When I asked about this The lady who worked there told me it is what it is. I told that I have had sandwiches in other stores as well many times but this lady was so rude saying again that it is like that. Worst service and customer handling. I won’t recommend this store.

Order was place online through the Subway App, defaulted to the wrong location. Call the Woodridge location for assistance in this matter and was told there was nothing they could do about it, that they couldn’t void it out on there side nor even issue a refund. For all those who work in tje food industry know that this is in true . I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Subway location with one employee that I feel compelled to share. On my first visit, I asked for a small cup of water and the employee placed it face down on the counter instead of handing it to me, which felt dismissive so I left. On a second visit, I purchased cookies and during the transaction I handed her payment directly, but she placed my change and item on the counter instead of handing them to me.
