Just left coming from Subway, and I had a very unpleasant experience. I came into the store just to get two 6-inch sandwiches. The young Indian lady was putting up Halloween decorations, and the guy named Louise was making orders from a ticket. Instead of her putting the decorations on hold to help with the orders, she was telling him to wait on making the sandwiches. The app advertises broccoli cheddar soup as available at this location, but the store says they do not actually serve it. If an item is not offered at a particular location, customers should not be able to purchase it through the app. This creates an unnecessary problem where a customer places and pays for an order that the store cannot fulfill, the store is unable or unwilling to issue the refund directly, and the customer then has to spend additional time contacting customer service just to get their money back. This place is absolutely horrendous. Not only they do not honor they bogo50 after 4pm national deal. I ordered a double protein 6”sub Philly and it looked less than a regular. Then they have the audacity to tell me it was 2 scoops. I will share the picture of the sandwich If I can figure it out DO NOT SPEND YOURE MONEY HERE. HIT THE 63rd st location Update. I asked for multigrain with American cheese and tuna in it. It was burnt instead of toasted. When I asked about this The lady who worked there told me it is what it is. I told that I have had sandwiches in other stores as well many times but this lady was so rude saying again that it is like that. Worst service and customer handling. I won’t recommend this store.
