We ordered 2 Cold Cut subs which are supposed to have bologna salami and ham but the only meat on them was the bologna. It was a pick up and didn’t open until I got home. What a disappointment!!!!
My family ordered chicken , bacon, and ranch subs and did not want the bread toasted so they served the chicken and bacon raw !!!! I get an email back just saying they was sorry even though it could of seriously made someone sick !!
From the time I started ordering until I actually got my food was 15 minutes. Maybe if you had some staff working, and the staff that is working, actually has urgency to get people in and out in a timely manner. More people would be frequenting your establishment. There is absolutely no personality, friendliness, greetings, smiling anything from the guy that was working today.
