Ordered a foot long and a 6in sub for me and my mom. Asked for cucumbers and the guy didn’t feel like cutting any! He waited for me to say I didn’t need them but I didn’t i just stared blankly before he said it would take me a while to cut it and finished making my sandwich, like it didn’t matter. So it was definite hell NO TO A TIP
The place was great and the guy working was wonderful, but he didn’t use a knife to close my sandwich. Granted it was a veggie and I’m pretty sure they say not to for veggie sandwiches but it had quite a bit on it and it all fell out in the wrapping paper. I was left with just the bread, and had to shove in the veggies again with my hand as I didn’t have any utensils at the time. I really hope this doesn’t come off as mean, it tasted great! Allison was very rude and unprofessional with me when I asked her about the sandwich of the month. I order my son a Spicy Italian sub on flat bread 2 six inch Oven roasted chicken on flat bread. The promotions was for $2.99 for a six inch Oven roaseted chicken. When Allison ring my food up, she charged me the regular price for a foot long. I told her i asked for two six inch sandwiches and that, that is what I wanted to pay for. She said it was an up charge for flat bread.
