I placed my order online three hours before pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. When I got to Subway, not only was my order not made, but what happened next was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a meatball sub, and as I stood there, I watched the employee slap the meatballs onto the bread, then just leave it sitting there in the open air while she proceeded to help six or seven other people with their orders.
