This place use to be really good but has went downhill in the last few years, I finally went back today and got a simple ham footlong and it was TERRIBLE !!! I have no idea how you can screw up a ham sub but they proved you can !! 1 star was given because there wasn’t an option with NO STARS !!
I usually have an awesome experience at this store, not on 5/1, apparently they have new people there. Did online order, ordered the nachos, when my daughter went to pick up order, they said they were out of the nachos and bowls to put it in, said I needed to go to Subway.com to get refund, could not get refund from Subway.com. Called right when they opened this morning and spoke to manager which was very rude!!! Just went to subway and the lady there was so rude and hateful!!! Asked for a nacho and she tried to argue about it and I asked for Italian bread she said they didn’t have it so i told her give me what you got she she ended giving me what I originally asked for!! This place has gotten to be so bad!! Not ever spending my money there again!!
