First, let me say you never know what anybody is going through. Life has been kicking my butt, left and right. I was feeling so discouraged when I walked into this establishment. As soon as I walked in , I was greeted with friendly , happy and smiling faces. I felt like I walking into my auntie house and she was fixing me sandwich. This place use to be really good but has went downhill in the last few years, I finally went back today and got a simple ham footlong and it was TERRIBLE !!! I have no idea how you can screw up a ham sub but they proved you can !! 1 star was given because there wasn’t an option with NO STARS !!
I usually have an awesome experience at this store, not on 5/1, apparently they have new people there. Did online order, ordered the nachos, when my daughter went to pick up order, they said they were out of the nachos and bowls to put it in, said I needed to go to Subway.com to get refund, could not get refund from Subway.com. Called right when they opened this morning and spoke to manager which was very rude!!!
