Hello Management! Every time I visit the Subway in Ennis, I’m met with rude service. Today I ordered a footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese, only to be told “we only have one” with no clear explanation. When I asked questions, the employee became frustrated. At checkout, I was told my coupon couldn’t be used (which wasn’t explained up front), and the worker rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath.
