Walked in spoke to worker she annoyed us so I spoke again before she fixed our food no good customer service
Ordered a pizza sub and a roast beef sub through DoorDash. Received two Italians. Had them resend the order. Received the pizza sub and all of the insides for the roast beef in a bowl, no bread!! It was supposed to be a foot long. Will never order from here again.
Done with this subway they keep playing with my food and not making it right!
This is the last time I’ll come here. They can NEVER get the order correct, and when you place an order online that SHOULD be ready, it’s NOT and you have to wait for ALL the other people that walked in! Totally unacceptable!
We ordered two foot long subs, one was supposed to be nacho cheese chicken and other was supposed to be veggie with the veggie patty. We ordered from the app. They did not even have the decency to call and tell us they don’t have either the chicken or the veggie patty. They just decided to prepare the sub with out them anyway. It was ready for pick up by the time we went and when we got home, the subs did not have ANY MEAT OR ANY PATTY.
