What was supposed to be a $9 sandwich turned into a $34 dollar sandwich because apparently my online order “didn’t go through on their end” and I was told the only thing I could do is redo the order or order it in line. The money had been taken from my card and I showed him that and I also showed him where the order had been placed and he still told me there was nothing to do. Went in tonight at 6:07 been standing here since 6:00 no one has been out to do anything,the restaurant is empty and I can see why
I’ve been to this location 3 times and 2 of the times they were out of the cold cut combo.
The employees are courteous but poorly trained at their jobs, the first time they ran out of meatballs well before closing, the second time they burned the meatballs, different employees. The location was very clean and maintained so that was nice, but it's no good if the food is bad.
The guy working was really chill and super smooth with making all 3 of my orders. He also made sure I knew how to hold the bag so my sandwiches wouldn’t fall out.
