Done with this subway they keep playing with my food and not making it right!
This is the last time I’ll come here. They can NEVER get the order correct, and when you place an order online that SHOULD be ready, it’s NOT and you have to wait for ALL the other people that walked in! Totally unacceptable!
We ordered two foot long subs, one was supposed to be nacho cheese chicken and other was supposed to be veggie with the veggie patty. We ordered from the app. They did not even have the decency to call and tell us they don’t have either the chicken or the veggie patty. They just decided to prepare the sub with out them anyway. It was ready for pick up by the time we went and when we got home, the subs did not have ANY MEAT OR ANY PATTY. I went in today around 6 today the service sucks the store was not clean the lady that made my sandwich act as if she didn't care and that's how my food taste I work there about 10 years ago and never thought that store would go down hill very disappointed
What was supposed to be a $9 sandwich turned into a $34 dollar sandwich because apparently my online order “didn’t go through on their end” and I was told the only thing I could do is redo the order or order it in line. The money had been taken from my card and I showed him that and I also showed him where the order had been placed and he still told me there was nothing to do.
