Online order and I came there to pick up (employee said they didn't get an order but told me "hang on I'll get it") ...by the time I waited I was gonna be late to work so I had to leave. My order was received and said "read" ...I was charged...was even there later then time on "ready time," Sub was NEVER made. I had to leave, my order was canceled (not by me) I WAS NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! You CAN NOT CALL STORE ...funny how no calls go through. The store was super clean and Sandy did an amazing job!!! The best customer service I ever had, thank you Sandy for being so nice!!!!
We waiting inside for 15 mins for her to come in to say she wasn't open until another 15mins why do it say 9? We got off the highway to eat to get disappointed! She should of had the door closed smh!
Customer service is wonderful, the young female spoke soon as I walked in, Corey customer service is exceptional. He is very friendly, the sandwich was great, I love receiving good genuine customer service, keep being great Corey
