Grossed out by the location across the street, I tried here and found the same problems. Employees were not following Subway sanitation standards and best practices by: -- not wearing head/hair coverings -- not washing their hands thoroughly before making a sandwich -- accepting payment with gloves on and them going back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves -- taking off one glove to accept payment and then instead of washing hands and getting new gloves they simply slipped the glove back on and continued makin... read more
They stole my money! I accidentally ordered from this location and I asked if they could cancel my order and refund my money but the guy refused knowing I couldn’t pick up the sandwich. Basically he kept my money and the sandwich.
Owner rude and very stingy with vegetables
I'm not stupid enough to eat Subway's subs, but I thought they at least couldn't screw up an Icee. Wrong! Not only did they put it in a regular cup (which holds less than the dedicated Icee cups), the stingy guy didn't even fill it all the way up. For the privilege I paid over $4, nearly twice as much as the Subway in Walmart in Robertsdale charges. To top it off, the employee never once smiled, said thank you or anything else.
