I went in to the centerville Subway and ordered a Hotshot with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread kinda look different than previous times I have went in there. So I get it toasted and get home to realize that it had been toasted twice and burnt my bread. My sandwich is so hard that I can’t even eat it. What a complete waste of money.

Great Subway, fresh products just busy at times.
No wrap options. Only white bread. Server seemed annoyed by the specificity of my sandwich add one. Very overpriced considering quality and size. Overall remarkably unpleasant experience. Was made to feel unwelcome. Apologize for interrupting whatever apparently extremely important activities they were engaging in that supercedes customer care. Won't make same mistake again.
