Placed a pick up order on Uber today, just to go pick up and it wasn't even started on. They made some silly excuse of why it wasn't made, as no one was even in there nor was the working even making a sandwich at the time.
2 Stars because god forbid I take my SUBWAY coupons (that i received in the mail) to SUBWAY itself & complete my sandwich order only to be told at the register that the person running the place has made up their own rules to the coupons and does not abide by the actual rules on the coupons. Like, it's not a hugeee deal, but as many of us are, I am on a tight budget, and I would never have went here if I knew i could not use the coupon. The girl at the register was super nice. The lady with no teeth licked her fingers and then grabbed me a cup. I'm not sure if he has any sort of diseases. Also, super rude but then startwd to call l me " honey" whenever i proceeded to check out, tempting for a tip. There was also bug in the window area. Really gross atmosphere and also horrible service.
