I walked into the store on elk vale road and was immediately told it’s going to be more than 30 mins before she will be able to take my order she has a drive thru order and the lady in the lobby to do before me and it’s just her!! I wish I could tell if it was the workers that were incompetent or the ordering kiosk is just constantly messing up. Every time I go here, something is missing on my order and a random condiment is added instead of what I pick. Last time it was a bottle of mayo and this time it was a heaping pile of marinara. Just went through the drive through maybe 20mins ago... We are missing the drink and cookie for our kids meal. My sandwich is also missing the onions and green peppers I had asked for. Took 15mins for the sandwiches to be made and they still came out wrong and missed items entirely. Poor service.
