so many flies!!! all the veggies and protein uncovered, and the employees just let them sit on their product. the sandwich makers were very slow, a lot of people were piling up inside, and they made no effort to be friendly or even make eye contact. will not be going here again.
We placed our order of 2 sandwiches in the drive through with only one customer inside and no one behind us. We waited to pay for 25 minutes and waited for our subs but no one came. We finally went inside and they had just started working on the sub, the man explained that one of the workers was off not doing his job and that’s why it took so long. New staff is severely undertrained. whoever is in charge of training needs to step up and do better. the staff was trying but they didn't have the tools to deal with some issues. As in, machine ran out of printer paper so didn't show the extras on a sandwich that was ordered in the Drive-Thru. also the cold side of the make line is frozen, should not be freezing the vegetables in the bin. Went back thinking just have them remake my sandwich but after I saw the make line I decided against that and opted for a refund.
Super slow service with multiple employees. Should be faster for a Saturday dinner service so close to the Waterpark in mid summer. Management take note.
Food was delicious, the guys were busy, but still friendly and competent and made good recommendations. My sandwich was amazing! Tried the steak sub with the new cheddar sauce-yum! Cookies were fresh baked and nice and chewy. Loved it!
