The manager and one of the workers was very rude to me. It started with asking for melted cheese. I noticed the cheese on the menu looked like liquid cheese and I asked the young lady for that and she got frustrated with me and didn't answer me So, I asked her to please answer me, and she went on to tell me she was deaf. The two gentlemen that work throughout the weekdays are phenomenal. They are always eager to make our orders perfect, and never seem "in the weeds" when they are busy. Our food is always delicious!
How does this sub look? Just like you see in the commercials? This is a major fail, if this is how Subway corporate is telling people to make their sandwiches. And I'm sure they are. And don't forget that this turkey and cheese sandwich cost $13.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. Although the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, I arrived at exactly 8:53 PM to find the doors already locked. Despite seeing a staff member inside, they had decided to close early without explanation. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who rely on posted hours. I hope management addresses this issue to avoid future inconvenience.
The guy who was working today around 12:30ish was an absolute sweetheart and super super kind and just was super sweet. He definitely deserves a raise, and he made the subs perfectly.
