Jack was working today. He is #1 the best sandwich artist in town. :) I hope he's there next time my husband and I return! So friendly and loaded us up on the veg. Awesome!
Subway had soft bread and made a great sandwich in no time! The sandwich was to cold and they offered to heat up for me! Must've changed employees, because these were very nice unlike what I have seen in other reviews. The atmosphere was pretty good besides the loudness of the Walmart.
I ordered a 6 inch multi grain club Subway and when I got it the bread was stale and the kid working behind the counter would not do anything he walked away. It was so stale The bread was hard and crumbly and the seeds on it were rock hard.
This is the worst subway I've yet ran into in Rapid City. 3 times I've ordered here off the subway app for my 30min lunch break at work and all 3 times my order has never been made on time.! Two times outta the 3 after the mobile app told me it was ready I had to wait in line for them to make it like I did today and ended up getting back to work late because of it.! Never will I ever order here on my lunch break again.!! Management needs to address this problem and fix it or find someone else to manage this Subway location.
I'd tell him, but didn't want assualt charges and sandwiches thrown at my face. Young man (tall guy with a pony tail) has a lot to learn. Slamming doors because he had to work until 9:00 pm I tried to be friendly and make the order easy One of the most rude subway employees I have ever experienced. He not only mumbled things, but told me "nevermind", rejected a small $6 cash tip angrily. Then slammed the gates as I left. I got my phone out an it was 9:04 pm
