The employee was clueless took 10 min just to slice the bread , after 30 min left with nothing went to another subway .
The bigger woman working was very rude. She talked AT me and I asked for a water cup, she charged me and gave me a big cup instead so I got a dr. Pepper since I paid for it. No big deal. She caused a scene and proceeded to scream at me in front of customers that I wasn’t getting a water. Very unsatisfied. Won’t be back
I purchased a Italian protein wrap. The young lady that served me was not friendly and you could barely hear her speak. I asked if I could substitute the Lettuce for spinach and was willing to pay an upcharge. She barked out no we don't substitute. I will not be visiting there again. Unfortunately, I have heard similar stories but wanted to check it out for myself as I usually don't listen to hear say.
Closes at 9 pm. Had the gates pulled halfway shut earlier then closing time for clearly listed business hours. My husband had gone in to place an order and staff member very rudely ignored him and refused to make an order and serve him. She abruptly yelled at him that he's not the boss and another female employee was her boss only when all he did was want to place an order during said open business hours.
