On April 19 2024 Went to subway asked for a ham white and asked to make sure the bread was soft. They were fixing the sub asked for tomato and they put two slices on it asked for more the lady stated all they are allowed was that, which not true then stated she would put more. Got home got ready to eat, unwrapped it and the bread was so hard and rubbery you couldn’t eat it. Call the store and ask for a manager. Great Subway
The lady that made my sandwich was more interested in talking to the other worker than paying attention to what I wanted. Go my sandwich to go and the bread was stale. I would have returned it if I was there. Poor customer service and poor food quality.
I went to get food on the 24th and they were closed early when I asked the lady with glasses why they weren’t open she had an attitude and said she wasn’t staying in there all night with just her and another lady neither of them had on a uniform but tank tops that didn’t cover much which isn’t family friendly , don’t get me wrong I understand being short staffed but the attitude was unacceptable.
