I ordered through the Subway app expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived, there was only one employee running the entire store. I didn't interrupt her because I figured she'd get to my order faster if I stayed out of the way. When it was finally my turn, she admitted she hadn't even started my mobile order. What should have been a two-minute pickup turned into about a 15-minute wait. I don't blame the employee. She was clearly left to handle the entire operation by herself. If you place an order on the app and dont leave a tip, they will cancel your order.
Got a salad lazy employees didnt even warm the meat nor cut the tomatoes like theyre suppose to. Gave me attitude when I told them I had an online order. Will not go back

The food was amazing and the two gentleman that made it were absolutely lovely. It would’ve been a perfect visit except the a/c was out. It was TERRIBLE I would’ve loved to have dined in but it was unbreathable in there. Not everyone would think about it being a big deal but I’ve worked at a subway before and no way that prepping our food in probably 85 degrees didn’t cause any type of bacteria risk… on top of that the poor workers were literally sweating through their uniforms.
